Thank you for shopping with us. Because each item is made to order specifically for you, please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

This includes situations such as:

  • Ordering the incorrect size

  • Selecting the wrong color

  • Changing your mind after purchasing

  • Preferring a different style or design

  • Ordering the wrong product or quantity

Please review the product description, size chart, color selection, and all other product details before placing your order.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged.

Please carefully review your:

  • Product

  • Size

  • Color

  • Quantity

  • Shipping address

  • Contact information

before completing checkout.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be made once production has started.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • With a significant printing error

  • In the wrong size or color compared with what you ordered

  • Or you receive the wrong product

please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A photo of the entire item when applicable

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Please do not send an item back unless we specifically ask you to do so.

Sizing Issues

Please refer carefully to the size chart provided on each product page before ordering.

Because every garment is printed specifically for your order, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges when the correct size was produced and delivered but the customer selected an incorrect size.

We recommend comparing the measurements in our size chart with a shirt or sweatshirt you already own and like.

Color Differences

Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your:

  • Computer monitor

  • Phone or tablet screen

  • Display brightness

  • Garment color

  • Printing process

Small variations between the product shown on screen and the finished printed item are not considered defects.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order appears to be lost or experiences an unusual shipping issue, please contact us so we can help investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the destination or provide a complimentary replacement.

Please verify your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Returned or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping or replacement charges may apply.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

After a refund is processed, your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
